About LEAP 3 & Alexandra
In the heart of Johannesburg’s historic Alexandra township lies LEAP 3, a beacon of educational opportunity that reaches far beyond the boundaries of Linbro Park. Initially established as a residential area for black South Africans during the apartheid era, Alexandra has witnessed both the struggles and resilience of its residents. Despite its historical significance, the township faces socio-economic challenges, including high unemployment rates, inadequate access to quality education, and limited resources for community development.
LEAP 3 emerged as a response to the pressing need for quality education in Alexandra.
