MANDELA MOSAIC – CORPORATE REGISTRATION

We are delighted to announce that this year LEAP Science and Maths Schools are partnering with the Hyprop Foundation and Canal Walk shopping centre in Cape Town on and around Mandela Day with two fabulous fun event to raise money for our LEAP schools and our teacher training programme, the Global Teachers Institute.

ROBIN HOOD SHOW @ CANAL WALK THEATRE (24 JUNE – 16 JULY)

Canal Walk is proud to present Robin Hood, an exciting and entertaining rendition of the timeless classic, produced by Fred Abrahamse and Marcel Meyer.  Canal Walk’s annual children’s musical theatre production will be brought to life during the June/July school holidays with breath-taking sets and magnificent costumes. R6 from every ticket sold, as well as the complete cost of a programme, will be donated to LEAP to fund the running of our schools and teacher training programmes.

NELSON MANDELA DAY: MANDELA MOSAIC (18 JULY)

Take part on the day and involve your staff in building the largest food can mosaic ever in South Africa. For each company donation of R10 000 or more to LEAP we will invite 25 of your staff members (all dressed in corporate clothing if you wish) to volunteer 67 minutes on the day to join in the can construction effort. Special LEAP live music and dancing to honour Madiba will accompany their efforts.
