The LEAP Past Student Association (LEAPSA) is an association formed in 2006 when the first LEAP matric class graduated from the LEAP Science and Maths School. Since its formation it has grown with just over 600 members in the Western Cape, Gauteng and Limpopo provinces. Membership is open to all LEAP past students and costs R20 per year.

LEAPSA is a space where LEAP graduates get the opportunity to connect with one another and continue giving back, change their lives and that of their communities. Through its yearly programs the organisation continues to provide strength and support to the efforts and initiatives of the LEAP Science and Maths Schools.

LEAPSA is an autonomous body that has its own programs driven by its leadership, a constitution which guides its scope of work and it is an integral part of the LEAP Science and Maths Schools. Its members have an obligation to advance the interests and live by the code of conduct of the LEAP.
