LEAP’s vision is to transform communities, and as such, LEAP places a high priority on teaching each member of the LEAP community to understand their potential to be a positive agent of change in their community and wider society.
LEAP achieves this through developing and nurturing partnerships, from high level strategic partnerships with government, private sector and NGOs, to working with community organisations and care-givers in the local communities to which our young people belong.

LEAP works with education partners to learn and share international and national best practices.
Community Partners
LEAP works with a selection of community organisations through providing mentoring and support in NGO management and operations.
Social Development
LEAP works with local community based organisations to empower our students to become positive agents of change in their communities.
